How the Program Works

Vortex Foundation empowers 100 rural households with sustainable beekeeping livelihoods. Each family receives 3 bee boxes, training, and financial support to generate ₹26,000–₹31,500 annually. This eco-friendly program fosters self-reliance, boosts household income by 70%, and reduces seasonal migration by 60%.

100 rural poor families are identified across 20 villages based on need, motivation, and suitability for beekeeping.

Each family receives 3 bee boxes (₹12,000 asset value) plus ₹3,000 monetary support, totaling ₹15,000 per household.
3Training & Capacity Building
10 comprehensive training sessions over 12 months cover bee colony management, honey extraction, and marketing strategies.
4Income Generation & Growth
Families produce 75–90 kg honey annually, earning ₹26,000–₹31,500 per year, with 80% achieving stable supplementary income within 6 months.
